Reflection for Description of Mechanism.
BY: ABEGAEL A. CAMPOS
My major is nursing, and it's not easy. When dealing with medical matters, you must communicate with both patients and coworkers. Every mechanism is widely used in my sector due to its adaptability. It is our responsibility to inform our clients of our intentions, the medications they are taking, and the specific instructions they have given us. My profession does a lot of things that patients should know about, and one of them is doing drug tests through intradermal or skin testing.
Every move we make as professionals should contribute to achieving our objectives. Adhering to proper procedures is crucial for delivering information that is both clear and correct. We can take several different tactics, and we need to give serious thought to each one. A catastrophic outcome could result from even a minor error. Because we are now interacting with new technologies that result in faster treatment, nursing students should be more cognizant of the fact that the world has progressed and uses technology to expedite every procedure. That is why it would be a mistake to discount less popular or less consequential approaches as irrelevant. If we want everything to go according to plan, we have to do everything that needs doing and not leave anything out. Every job has its specific description, category, and definition, and I need to remember that as a nursing student. When I start working at the hospital, I need to be sure I follow all of the procedures and explain how everything works so that everything runs well. It is my responsibility to complete all tasks and to provide any additional information that I think would enhance our collaboration. I have to make sure it works well and is beneficial to everyone.
For me, knowing all these things is essential. Achieving personal growth begins with following a few basic steps. Even though I am still a student with a lot of room for improvement, following these rules will help me become a better healthcare provider and hold myself more accountable to my patients. Obtaining this knowledge is advantageous since it enables me to fully understand and implement these ideas in my practice. With further improvement, I can further develop into a responsible and professional nurse.
